Warranty Policy

ONE-YEAR LIMITED REPAIR WARRANTY

We are 100% committed to our customers and provide every product with warranty!

Our warranty covers One year on motor part and battery, Labour and service charges are free for 12 months but DOES NOT cover the following:

  • General wear and Damage due to improper use
  • Water/Any Liquid damage.
  • Chassis/frame breakage or damage.
  • Broken or loose charger port/pins
  • Electronic damage due to Wrong usage of electrical supply and abnormal voltage
  • Damage caused by collisions or accidents or usage (such as scratches or broken shells)
  • Do not cross the maximum speed of Product, damages caused to the rider or to the board during over speeding or while it’s on low battery, would not be covered under warranty.
  • Never store the scooter in the trunk of car with any harmful parts while traveling as it will hinder the collaboration and would eventually cause structural damage, hence will not be covered under warranty.
  • Any modification in product made by customer or third party will void warranty.

We will repair your scooter at our repair facility’s discretion, however Both Side shipping(To and from) must be paid at the Buyer’s expense. After receiving the scooter we do the repair within 7 days.

Your warranty begins on receipt of delivery and if your scooter is outside the warranty period, we do offer an exclusive repair service for our customers. Please contact us for any warranty information or repair quotes.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS

To return your defective scooter under warranty, you will need to first contact us and obtain an RMA # before sending it back to at vortechenergy@gmail.com (Warranty Repair) . You(Buyer) will be responsible for paying the forward and return shipping costs back to our facility regardless of the warranty related issue, however we cover all costs associated with the repair as per parts covered under warranty. DO NOT remove the product logos or labels. This will void your warranty. After approval on email for return from our side, we will share you the address on which you will send back the piece for repairs.

All returns must include tracking and full insurance to cover any damage during transit. The shipments should be fully packed with all thermocol and original box as packaging to ensure no damage during transit. It will be buyer responsibility to send proper package with good packing. we will not be held liable for damage during transit in case of return shipping.

SUBMITTING A CLAIM

Warranty is void if your scooter shows visible signs of damage or has been misused beyond what is considered normal use, including water/liquid damage. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

In order to submit your claim, mail us Your name, purchase date, address, model image, order details/number, warranty card at vortechenergy@gmail.com and describe the exact problem that you are having.

Please Note : Due to nature of product as heavy and outdoor product we do not offer replacements, we only offer repair warranty. However in certain cases with prior approval and if product is in original condition without scratches and with proper packaging we can consider the replacement requests on case to case basis. (If informed within 24 hours of receiving the product).

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

The solutions provided above are the only ones available under this warranty and represent our entire responsibility for any issues. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the defective product. We are not responsible for any additional damages or losses, whether direct or indirect. All implied warranties, including those for general use or specific purposes, are also limited to the duration of this warranty.
